We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, the following policy applies:

Returns

- Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or personalized benches cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
